Patient care advice SMS

By using the Patient Care Advice SMS feature you can reduce the cognitive load on your call handlers and reduce the time they spend on the phone with patients. By sending a simple URL link, the patient can have access to their Interim Care Advice from Pathways at the click of a button.

    This enables the direct integration with Telephony providers potentially removing several seconds from the patient dialling process.

      NHSE Booking and Referral Service (BaRS)

      BaRS enables your local 999 service to send re-validation cases to Adastra. Once re- triaged, the feedback loop is complete and your 999 service will be updated. It also enables Adastra to be used in receiving services such as ED and UTCs as well as Adastra being able to send bookings and referrals to any existing service.
