When designing, developing, deploying or using AI, OneAdvanced's adopted the following AI principles:

We established an internal AI Steering Committee - a cross-functional team comprising representatives from diverse areas of expertise, including Legal, Data Protection, Risk & Compliance, Knowledge Management, Product, Engineering, Information Security (InfoSec), Learning & Development, and other key business domains. This diverse team ensures well-rounded and informed decision-making process is in place to support the responsible governance, development, and deployment of AI systems as well as employee upskilling and education.
We are dedicated to complying with the EU AI Act, not only when deploying AI systems within the EU, but also by making the EU AI Act the cornerstone of our AI governance framework.
On 12th of December 2024, OneAdvanced signed the European Commission’s AI Pact. This voluntary pledge reflects OneAdvanced's proactive commitment to applying the principles of the forthcoming EU AI Act in advance of its final implementation.
OneAdvanced is pursuing ISO 42001 compliance aiming to get certified in the future. This is an international standard that specifies requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS) within organizations. It is designed for entities providing or utilizing AI-based products or services, ensuring responsible development and use of AI systems.
