Advanced will launch its new Payroll Bureau service for SMEs at the HR Software Show on stand H130 on the 17th and 18th June at Olympia, London. The service offers small businesses various options for outsourcing their payroll or part of the payroll processing function and combining it with a simple web-based HR solution accessed via the cloud.
The company’s new Post and Establishment functionality, within its HR & Payroll solution, will also be on preview at the show. The new modules enable users to manage multiple job roles and posts, which are common with organisations in the public sector, not-for-profit and education sectors.
Advanced will also be demonstrating a full spectrum of Human Capital Management (HCM) technology in addition to its core HR and Payroll solutions. This includes Mobile HR, workforce optimisation, document management, dashboards, e-Recruitment, ePayslips and expenses management.
With talent management becoming more and more important, Advanced’s Learning and Training Management solution will also be exhibited. The solution supports managers to facilitate the movement and progression of staff and integrates with the OpenHR software.
Simon Fowler, Managing Director at Advanced (Specialist Solutions), says, “Advanced has a strong track record of supporting companies across a wide range of sectors to streamline internal processes and boost business performance.
“Our new Payroll Bureau service complements our existing software and gives users the flexibility to outsource as much or as little of the payroll function as is required to optimise efficiency.”
“With over 30 years’ experience in HR technology, we are continuing to invest in new solutions and services to enable our customers to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve whilst optimising their most valuable asset – their people.”
Users of Advanced’s HR software include RSM (formerly Baker Tilly), ABP Food Group, Royal College of Nursing and Spectrum Housing Group.
