On the 16th of April, LinkedIn released their list of the top employers in the UK with under 5,000 employees. We were extremely proud to be counted in the top fifteen employers in our class in the UK. This prompted us to ask the important question of what sets us apart as an employer.

It’s the firm opinion of our Director of Learning and Development, Anni Joergensen, that our employees’ ability to learn is the absolute key competency we, or any company, needs to succeed.
