About the Artist
Tayfun Pekdemir is an Istanbul-based illustrator and a street artist. He has been actively making graffiti since 2008 and tried making graffiti for the first time at the age of 10.
We are more about work than about life
Tayfun visualises how work stress has become a part of our being. Even though she is on a coffee break and has nature all around her, she feels like she is on a clock. The hourglass, graphs, and the number crunching going on within her silhouette show how even in the well-earned break, all she could think of was work.
